Recently purchased a limited edition bivrost nidavellir whiskey from pim at must have malts. I have to say the way in which I was looked after was second to none and in this day and age was so very refreshing to receive top class customer service from them, I was so happy that i managed to be one of the lucky few people to get this whiskey thanks to pim! So my bottle of bivrost turned up safe and sound today it was very well packaged and there was even a little taster bottle of whiskey in with it Will happily be doing business again with must have malts and pim!
Great bourbon, excellent customer service, and above quality packaging and shipping... I was skeptical to purchase anything from them since I hadn’t heard of them, but they’ve been great and are able to find bourbon I can’t even find in the US.
