Very professional from receptionist upon entering, to consultation to appointment receptionist. Also, pleasant cafetaria area
It could be six stars, if the coffee machine did not produce such a extreme low quality coffee. With old school separate milk powder, ughh. Please replace that machine in line with the quality of this clinic. Because that is: Great logistics, great reception, excellent doctors and a very cosy environment. Does not give the idea of a hospital at all. Very service minded. Great explanations, almost a small college by the doctor about what is going on on the MRI images. All in all, therefore 5 stars!
* For a consultation I have to wait 3 months and one day before my appointment they cancelled my appointment (No email or text message). There is no cordination with Assistant and staff. First they let clients wait for so long and just on the day of appointment they cancel it by giving some reasons. Once again they made a new appointment and after 3 days some rude person from the office cancelled it. If they think a client is seeking for a second opinion then why they would make an appointment and let patient wait for months. I am sure if they are in other country they would have been sued. Though they have good doctors but some of the processes over there are really bad and cause lot of inconvinience for the clients. I explained all my case before I made an appointment and still they come up with new things.
Zoals bij nagenoeg alle instellingen tegenwoordig is de telefonische bereikbaarheid een crime!
Afgelopen donderdag daar behandeld voor een hernia in de onderrug. Van het ontvangst tot aan het ontslag perfect. Leuke mensen daar en allemaal even behulpzaam! Echt een aanrader voor een goed verblijf. Bedankt Ruud, Rob, Yvette, vrouwtje theelepel met adhd (sorry, ben je naam vergeten), uiteraard chirurg Dr. Hoefnagels en alle andere mensen die mij heel goed door het proces geholpen hebben. 5 sterren meer dan waard!
