Good customer service
This review is for the Pon Audi Service shop. I brought the car in because it wouldn't start. We agreed to do a short diagnose, but they performed a full diagnose. Nice service I thought! The sales guy mentioned that they used my car as a test case for one of their engineers who would have to do an exam soon. I don't mind, as long as they don't break anything that isn't broken already. The diagnose was that the on-board engine computer had broken, which is a costly defect. I took it back to fix it myself, it turned out that one of the sensors malfunctioned, saving me a huge amount of money. I don't blame them for giving it the wrong diagnose, cars can be tricky to fix. Although I am glad I didn't have to find out what happens if they had replaced it and if my car still wouldn't start then. The car came back more broken than it was: cable clips were broken off and one of the covers had broken. One cover and some screws were missing, I had to come back to pick them up. Hoses and bolts were left unattached. They said: \It's an old car and we don't know what you have done with it. We always put everything back the way we found it. You can come by again to re-attach the bolts and hoses as a service.\ Yeah right, like I would let them touch my car ever again. I would have expected more from a brand dealer.
