Apparently a new policy that you can only taste a capsule if you are an ‘active member’, meaning that in Nespresso’s records you have bought something of them in the past 3 months. I have been buying my capsules from Jumbo supermarket (regularly), but that is not tracked so I wasn’t eligible for a tasting. Disappointing. They should change this

I love the store i come here all the time. But today it was closed for no reason? There was no sign for closeing early or anything. I thought the shop was suposed to be open till 22:00 . I came there at 20:10 and it was already closed..
Møre than 45 minutes before closing time you are not able to taste some coffee. Apparently customer service has no priority. Especially when you have nothing to do
Typical snobbish Nespresso customer service. I asked to try a new coffee and the girl said 'No you need a Nespresso card'. I told her it's at home, but she can look me up, so she did. She then spent several minutes studying my history and stated proudly that my account has had no activity for the previous 3 months so she can't give me a tasting. I told her I don't usually show my card when I buy coffee. To no avail. So I had to leave, publicly shamed... :( You'd think they would make more effort to keep customers since Starbucks and every other coffee company known to man produces capsules these days.

Hele goede service, en goede koffie uiteraard. Je voelt je meteen welkom zodra je de boutique binnenloopt en dat is te danken aan het aardige personeel.
