The worst pizzeria ever! They do not give back money for cancelled orders. Their delivery delays take 2h ! Food comes cold and in poor quality. Do not recommend it in Den Bosch at all.

Not good pizza. Usually burnt crust. Not enough cheese and poor quality ingredients. Called back an hour after we placed an order to tell us they were not delivering. Terrible customer service
Ordered a pizza on the 22nd of February and paid for it with credit card. Delivery girl comes to deliver the pizza and asks my wife to pay for the pizza again with cash as she stated that the pizza is not paid for. My wife pays for the pizza again. Called the New York pizza shop to ask them to give me my money back since i paid for the same item twice. Their reply was to call them again the next day which i did. The next day the guy on the phone tells me that it is too busy and that they will call me back. Never got a call back. Gave them a 3rd call and they reply that the shop manager will call me back treating me as if a I'm a 3rd class customer. No initiative from this pizza place to correct their mistake. No professionalism. Terrible quality of customer support. Instead of proactively trying to correct their mistake as good professionals they had me struggling to come up with a solution. I even proposed to them to deliver me a pizza for free which they refused! This is the 2nd time they tried to \steal\ my money, as they had told me in the past that a pizza which i had paid for with credit card was not paid. Leaves me wondering whether this is a pizza place or a fraud of unproffesional people trying to steal customers money. Avoid this bunch of thieves.
