The best. Some plants died because of the cold weather, I did order a heatpack but unfortunately that was forgotten. They offered me new plants, those are on the way! Very good customer service and lovely plants. Thank you very much

My number one favourite place to buy houseplants at the moment. I've bought around 10 plants from them at this point and all of them have been happy and healthy. I had to. Intact customer services once to get a plant sorted and they replied quickly and were very helpful. Awesome company.
I got my plants delivered without any delays and they came in top form, weren't dry ,unhealthy looking or injured from the journey. Packaging was good. Keep up the good work guys. Greetings from Berlin.
The delivery was fast. The plant came in a very good condition and the plant looks like on the photo. I can recommend the retailer.
I’ve made two orders from onlinebabyplants, also known as PLNTS.com. First time I ordered 3 different plants: P. Verrucosum, A. Black Velvet (this was 2 baby plants I ordered) and A. Dragon Scale. I had a problem with my order the first time, as the payment failed, and I contacted them through instagram, and they were very kind with their response. The order arrived within two weeks of ordering (took a few days to process, but it arrived to Finland in about a week after being shipped - not including the weekend). All plants were in good condition, plus they gave me a free Baby Alocasia Black Velvet!! I’m guessing since it was my first order – it was a very pleasant surprise! I had such a good experience so I made another order of baby plants, which also arrived in awesome health. I know some people prefer full grown plants, however I love seeing my babies grow, it’s like having children. I’ll definitely make a third order once they restock some plants. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I would 100% recommend this online plant store. ️ (also since updating their website it has been super easy to scroll through, which makes the shopping experience a lot more pleasant)
