Excellent service and great couch. Since it was less then half price of similar couches on the market I didn’t expect much to be honest but it is great quality for even greater price. All emails was answered quickly and even tho they could not assist with the carry in due to covid they did leave a message to the driver that helped me push the box in while keeping distance. Recommend both couch and company!

Table delivered without screws, washers and manual. At the beginning i had bad experience with customer service, however later on they have identified the cause of the issue and proposed a discount, so overall a good experience. Issues can always happen.
