Good service when asking for information and repairs. They do not have a wide variety of bike parts available to purchase, and what they do have is very expensive. I came to replace my brakes here, and they quoted me 30-40. 7.50 for the replacement brake handle, and 3 for the cable, sounds reasonable, right? But then they ask for 20 for services? The job took them under 20 minutes, and they ask for that much? The price would've been half as much at any other repair shop. I would avoid coming here if you're in need of servicing.- Best to go to a less branded bike shop if you have a second hand bike.

Een jaar geleden ging ik overstag en kocht op deskundig advies voor mijn werk in de wijkzorg een prijzige e-bike bij Thoonen. Sindsdien geniet ik van hun topservice. Het personeel denkt altijd mee en is altijd bereid net dat beetje extra te doen voor de klant. Of het nu gaat om een zeer last-minute reparatie, spontane leenaccu of een accessoirekoop, bij Thoonen word ik steevast uitstekend en supersnel geholpen. Absoluut de allerbeste service die ik ooit heb mogen genieten, ik kan iedereen deze zaak aanraden.

We waren op zoek naar een kinderfiets voor onze kleinzoon. De verkoper van Thoonen was zeer behulpzaam, maar kon ons helaas niet verder helpen en verwees ons naar een andere winkel. Hier zijn we wel geslaagd. Bedankt voor de service!!

Goed geholpen met achterband van mijn e bike te vervangen. Vond het prijzig om de voorband ook te doen, dus die doen we zelf verder prima service!
