Great spa resort. We enjoyed the massage and beauty treatments. Especially liked the thermal bath and ninety private restaurant. On the whole a great option for a weekend luxury trip.

Great facilities!!! I came here for a meeting, and the places was marvelously decorated with Christmas trees. Conference halls are comfortable, with good wifi connection. There are coffee rooms with nice siting areas. Food at the restaurant was nice, few selection of food, but the offer was quite tasty. The bar is also quite nice.
Our experience for the price that we payed was OK. Definitely not bad , but neither was it exceptional. Facility's still carry a luxuriois state, but are now aged. The same goes for the furniture and technology, everything does its job, but isn't updated. The food in the restaurant was nasty, that is really the very thing that really bothered me. However lunch was delicious. Stuff was very professional and friendly. Service was as well prompt and right on time. Could be better for the price you pay, but again very much enjoyable.
Don"t go during a global pandemic! Staff is AMAZING! The amenities are great! The food is not bad! I would recommend this spa to anybody just not during a worldwide pandemic. Management does absolutely nothing to maintain any type of social distancing. This place is a petri dish for COVID, and it is only a matter of time...... During checkout today there were probably 60 people all crammed into the small reception area waiting in the only two open lines. More staffing would help to eliminate the long lines (see pictures for examples). The only way in and out of the hotel was through the mass of people waiting to check-in and out. During the buffet breakfast, no controls were enforced to keep people from standing all up on each other or even touching food or plates that could be used by others. If you wanted food you had to use the same utensils, every one, also in the hotel has touched to plate it. At the various restaurants, all tables were open, and people were allowed to sit within inches of each other. To open your beer at the pool restaurant, you had to use a community bottle opener that who knows how many people grabbed between cleanings. I personally witnessed more then 20 people open beers with it. There's was no hand sanitizer anywhere to be found in that restaurant.
Very nice spa & hotel. Room was nice with balcony & garden view. I would have given 5 start without the slow check in & check out process and car parking which had to be paid as extra... weird as it was far from anywhere. They don’t have any brochures in English language for services.
Really nice hotel. Pretty unique architecture, the rooms are clean and beautiful. When we arrived it did was a bit cold (January, outside temperature -2 Celsius), and there was only one radiator in the room which was turned off. We put it on max and when we woke up the temperature was fine. The spa area is really nice, great vibe, gorgeous outside pool, really good steam room, fine sauna (which can be crowded). The breakfast was a positive surprise, great ingredients, nice dining area. We will come back. PS my girlfriend loves the candles they sell PPS they offer some sale deals only on the Dutch language website, not on the English language website
Nice spa, but to busy. I couldn't even go into the sauna!
Nice complex with many hot tubs (up to 37 degrees) and hot/steam rooms. It can be very busy, so for sure no guarantee that you will have a chair inside when you come around noon (and in the winter). Also the treatments are nice!
