I came last week for a bikini wax for the second time. The girl has clearly really low experience but first time was ok so I came back. This time, she was unsure of the wax temperature but still tried it on my skin and burnt me. She apologized and we changed room as the wax machine was obviously broken. This is really not possible and worst was that she didn’t even propose a price cut. I have honestly never seen this, and I am waxing since more than 10 years, and tried it in multiple countries... I am not recommending that salon, which was convenient for me as 2min from my home. I will find another place.

Very nice place. I got in 5 minutes before my appointment and i got my turn directly on time. Very good service and treatment. The advisor Yasemin made me feel really comfortable. I can recommend Yasemin for sure. Thanks !!
Great service and clean location. My only disappointment is that the job I needed done was not worth the price I was charged. It would be cool if the staff could use their discretion to adjust prices based on how long the job takes. If I could pay less I would go more often because right now it would prefer to wait until I have enough hair to be removed so I can feel like i'm getting the most for my payment.
Amazing!! Literally the best wax in Rotterdam, tool her time to do it properly, excellent quality wax just overall brilliant!
