Suzanna (spelling?), a nurse in the emergency room is AMAZING. I cut my hand open with glass and suspected I needed stitches. I was the only one in the waiting room and barely waited 1 minute before I was called in to be seen. My nurse, Suzanna, was incredibly kind, calm, compassionate, efficient, professional, and extremely detail oriented. I so appreciate how much attention she gave to each wound on my hand (5 of them total). She was very precise in matching up my skin folds. The whole emergency experience with her was so noteworthy, I had to write a positive review. If I could give her flowers for how great her care was, I would. She deserves a raise! :)

Have send senior in by ambulance with possible vital pains. Treatment: After giving painkillers, they didn’t do any electronic scans to investigate deeper cause of the pain. And patient was sent back home. Of course the situation worsened and scans have to be made later on, that had to be made in the first case. Therefore 2 stars for ... yes for what?

Helpless, staff is soo arrogant and they just don't want to help you, I had to wait for such a long time. A patient with me was feeling very very sick he couldn't even walk, I've never seen this such poor mentality hospital. After waiting for soo long without any help I decided to go back home because the patient was feeling better and ofcourse because of their help which never came. I advise you don't go to this hospital. This is my first and honest review soo please you've many more options then this hospital!

Horrible experience last night. The woman at the reception was super rude and unfriendly and told me that they could not help me there (even though my international insurance already sent the guarantee). I was in actual danger and she just refused to help me. No words.

Kapot slechte service man. Hebben ons 3 uur laten wachten in de wachtkamer. Ondertussen lopen die medewerkers rustig rondjes en zijn met elkaar aan het babbelen. Kon beter zelf mijn gips doen.

De baliemedewerker gaf mij een ongastvrij gevoel had het idee dat zij mij niet serieus nam. Toch krijgt de eerstehulpverlening medewerkers van mij een dikke pluim. Goede hulp geboden en pas na een zorgvuldige behandeling mocht ik gaan.
