I have really good experiences with the shop, they bend over backwards to try find alternatives to products they don't have in stock. Very friendly people both at the shop and at the warehouse where you can pick up your products if you need it faster. There was only once an employee that did not want to sell me a dc adapter because he thought I did not know the power requirements I needed. He needed some convincing but his attitude might come from previous customers or he is a bit quirky. Anyway I really like the face to face contact and how they try to find a solution.

Ordered a HDMI kabel I needed for a presentation, when I saw the old cable was broken, they guarantee delivery next day, when ordered before 17:30. And guess what, all I get the next day is a shipping mail at 14:00, and that my cable wil arrive that next day, that is 2 days later ! This is another webshop flaunting with guaranteed next day delivery, and always blames the postal service for the delays. I will get my stuff from Amazon again, I thought to help out a local shop, but then mess up a simple HDMI cable order.

No fuss buying, very quick delivery, and when I had an issue with the cable, 3 months later (through no fault of the store!) they were extremely quick and helpful and helped me with a solution that arrived the following day, on a saturday no less!
