When it comes to inline skates, I wouldn't recommend this store. I waited 45 minutes before someone was available to help me. Which is fine if the service was good. Unfortunately, in my experience, the seller was more pushing for me to buy a new pair of crazy expensive carbon rollerblade than helping me with my simple problem : intense pain while rolling. When I ask to try a pair in 40, it's neither in 39, neither in 42 ! If you don't have it in stock, say it, it's fine. But don't pretend that this size is supposed to fit me better, it's a lie ! (I eventually went to another shop and my problem was resolved in 30 seconds exactly, with a simple frame position change.) As I was there I also bought a set of new bearing.... I remember asking for RUSTPROOF bearing as it's kind of rainy in the Netherlands. The seller didn't know what kind of bearing they have in stock, what to recommend, if I had to grease them before use or it they were greased already. But as I needed new bearing urgently, I bought a set of what they had... (Bones Red), put them on my rollers and went out for an hour to try them. During my trip, I encountered hail and had to roll for another 15min under pouring rain/hail. I rushed to the car, put the roller in the trunk and drove home to clean them/grease the bearings. By the time I arrived home (an hour later), out of 12 brand new bearings 6 are stuck and rusted !!!!!! I drove _15_ km with them !!!! You lost a customer on that day.

I bought 400 EUR skates there, which they ensured were professionally fit and baked, as well as a 200 EUR helmet...Honestly 5 stars.4.7 stars on equipment stock but they have everything else in other stores. Without thinking 6 stars on service. These guys are top. A lot of them have experience in the ice sports, speak english and genuinely want to help their customer out. Exceptionally patient and very nice on top of it...highly useful with practical advice....just can't praise them enough, they do their best to find the best fit for you!

Great place to rent and buy ice skates! Very professional service and a big assortment of different types of skates and accessories!
