Let me start of this review with stating that my teeth ar much better alligned due to the treatment by this orthodontist. Medically speaking, there is nothing wrong with this place. However, the manner in which some of the assistants treat their patients is abysmal. I am not speaking of the orthodontists themselves here. The assistants were often chatting to each other while treating me. This signalled a lack of care for how I was doing. A few times an assistant even told me I was lying outright, which was not the case. Overall, until a serious change of mentality occurs, I would seriously recommend looking elsewhere, as I have heard much more positive stories of people visiting other clinics. Edit: The personal response from Clemens Weststrate gives me good hope that the clinic has improved since I last visited. However, my original review stands, as I have heard from peers that also more recently similar treatments were experienced, and that further improvement is still needed.
