Very convenient, Safe parking. Ideal for holidays. Costs less than taxi fare.
It's a convenient way to park your car. When we came back from our trip the battery of our car was empty and staff really did everything they could to help us back on our way again. Also, we were traveling with our pets and staff was very helpful in making it comfortable for them as well.
Not the cheapest parking option but very convenient in particular for electric vehicles as they offer charging them and also it's as close to the terminals as one can get. Unfortunately they didn't give me my RFID charging card back once and another time forgot to charge it (I did check on my car online so was able to call them and get them to do it before it was too late...).
Left my car unlocked the whole time they had it parked - I had to lock it remotely via the Internet. Complained, but as usual no one bothered to follow up.
After confirming twice (per mail and at check in, even paid extra, receipt and confirmation on mail) that upon arrival I would stay overnight in the Hilton and then pick-up my car at 07:00 in the morning, the car was not there and it took 45 mins to get it. On previous occasions my rear window was open the whole week (outside in the rain) or the radio was on max volume. Complaints are not followed up, poor to no customer service.
