I ordered a set of dumbells 3 weeks ago. Received automatic emails about the order being shipped, but still no products. Nobody replies to my emails or phone calls in the company. The transport company knows nothing about the track and trace number... ------------------------ Update: it was not easy, but I finally received a response. Apparently the order was lost in transport. Since there is no more product available, I asked for my money back, and I received it in 1 day.

customer service is not replying (only automated sweet talking) product is broken within 1 month . do not waste your time and money with them .
I was a bit skeptical and worried if I will ever receive my order after reading the reviews. However, my order came in time., as well as the employees form the customer service were very responsive and nice! Great products on a good price. I highly recommend it!
Bought a crosstrainer 3 months back. It has developed a defect since 7Oct. Emailed first then sent more details on 12th Oct and have been following up multiple times with customer service to get it repaired but have not got anything but empty promises. Not impressed at all, especially when I have also bought extra service package.
I ordered a dumbell set and wanted to return it because I had found a better offer somewhere else. After filling in the refund paper for two times, I still didn't received any sort of contact. My problem is that after the 14days refund time is over, I won't get my money back. I also tried to call you, but unsuprisingly nobody was able to pick up the phone... bad service... Mark: After this review I was helped, so you have to do give a bad review on Google to be helped guys.
