Package is delivered and signed but got 'lost' Nobody is willing to help and are even lying about UPS is on a 'strike' Really unbelievable!

I absolutely love Parcls in Spaarndammerbuurt. I have been a Parcls customer since they opened and the team is uncommonly friendly, smart, and upbeat. I enjoy picking up my packages because I know that I'll find a smile and a bit of conversation as well. Even better, I know my packages are safe and secure until I can collect them. Kudos to the team at Parcls!
Still perfect service! But I was so sad to hear that my favorite package - deliver - man is already sick for days, but he can't recover because if he stays at home then he doesn't get payed :(. How is this still possible in the NL? He needs to be able to rest when being sick! Give the great man a good contract!
It was a good and convenient place, but when a package went lost they didn't take any action to search for it. After 3 times asking for the same package the discussion went over the top, the manager could not stand that and banned me from coming there. End of story no more parcls.com. Bye Bye. 2 stars for the 1 1/2 year of service and about 100 packages.
I went there to pick up a parcel and I loved the service. Staff was really friendly and helpful, as well as the pick up efficiency. Definitely recommend it!
I wouldn't recommend having anything delivered here. The staff is either incompetent or willfully unhelpful. The organisation is poor and lines can be long. When a parcel goes missing they tend to blame the courier but never themselves, even though from experience they have been at fault. I have more chance of getting my delivery sitting outside my door then from this place, which is a shame because I had wanted to be greener and send all my deliveries to one place but clearly this is not working.
Their hours of operation are super inconvenient and the staff is incompetent and slow.
A two star rating, as after registering I sent two items to this location, and both of them got returned. I don't know the reason and maybe it was not Parcls fault, but also an email that I sent to their info address (on March 25, and got confirmation of it) never got responded to. And yes, I always check my spam folder! This review is unfortunately in line with reviews of other Parcels locations therefor I have less hesitations to publish it.
