The service is slow and lazy. If I am asking for a classic Estee Lauder lipstick in colour ebellious rose\, they asked me to look for it my self. What service is that in a store that sell expensive cosmetics. From now on I will take my business elsewhere. At ICI PARIS down the street the girls are at least motivated to help you.
