I went to Wesley with a very painful knot in my shoulder that was causing me to have trouble sleeping. After the first session it felt so much better, at least 80% less trouble with it the same day. Within three 30minute sessions he fixed the problem.

Over the last few years, I have been to Plexus thrice. Specifically, I have met with Sies. He has helped me resolve my issues all the time. It's like MAGIC¡! Equally importantly, my visits have been fun because I have greatly enjoyed my conversations with him. A massive THANK YOU¡!
I had a bad back injury and came here to get it fixed. I couldn't walk, stand straight, sleep, or do anything without crippling pain. I worked with Wesley for 4 sessions (4 weeks) and my back feels completely healed. This office has an excellent physiotherapy doctor. As an American Expat living in Amsterdam for 3 years, I cannot recommend this place enough to those who are experiencing sever body pain and want to heal fast. Not only did Wesley heal my back, he identified exactly what was wrong so I could work on preventing these types of injuries in the future. Wesley was also very friendly and professional. This place is the real deal for healing back injuries.
I got dry needling here 1 month ago. Very professional and friendly, but seemed inexperienced in dry-needling. Was sloppy, and aggressive with needle, and leg got worse from treatment
When I was struggling with an ankle injury I was treated at Plexus Spui by Edith van Campen and couldn't be more happy with the results. Very professional, considerate approach to physiotherapy which made sure my ankle problems vanished within a few sessions and now my ankle mobility is better than ever. I am very thankful to Edith and can't recommend her enough. The location is very convenient as well (trams, busses and metro within walking distance)
