We had a leakage on our 2nd floor which leaked through the ceiling on the 1st floor. We couldn't find out where the problem was. Luckily the plumber could come really quick and found the problem straight away. There was a broken pipe. The plumber fixed everything within 3 hours. We are really happy with the professional work he delivered and also the price was decent.
DO NOT CALL THESE SCAM ARTISTS TO YOUR HOME/BUSINESS !!!!!!!!! This was the most horrendous service I’ve ever experience !!!!! They came into my home like a tornado. They had given a 72 euro call out fee but because they decided to come at 6pm it suddenly became 80 years. Next thing we know they are doing something with the pipes and tells us it’s going to be 350 euros total. When we questioned them about the price they became Very confrontational and refused to leave without cash payment. They left the drain BLOCKED and actually it was worse. Infuriating experience
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I had the worst experience with this company. They scheduled to come on the wrong date, when they came the guy made a huge mess, scratched the walls of our bathroom and did not have the tools to resolve the issue (clogged shower drain). The guy stayed here for less than an hour, charged us more than 300 euros and left without fixing the problem... There is no transparency on the price, when I called they said the showing up cost was 72 and they would advise the final cost when here. But the guy just came started doing his poor job without getting any approval for the price.
I had one of the poorest experiences with this company and I definitely don't recommend it. A few things to note: a) there are very unprofessional (they have indicated that they come between 12-4 PM (so I took half day off )) and showed up at 4.30 after I've called 2 times back; when they have arrived hasn't had the minimal tools to resolve the problem and needed to get back to the car to get them); b) When asking what is the price (during the initial call) they told me that they need to investigate onsite (we are speaking about getting some additional water in the central heating to increase the pressure); when coming they've charged 255 Euro for 30 minutes work. I though it was a mistake and when I've called them back they've told me that they charge 50 Euro for every 15 minutes and another 72 Euro just for showing up. This is outrageous....f we do the math it doesn't add up anyway...They also promised they will call me back with some explanations on the charges which definitely didn't happen. It felt to me that they are a fraud and I wouldn't advise anyone to consider their services.
