Maybe it is me, but i feel like the security person follows me each time i visit this store. it can very well be because i dont look like a Dutch. Usually it is very hard to find a person to ask a question. Definately not my fav store.

If you want to feel like a thief it’s the best place in Almere. Since a couple of weeks they put in place a “open all boxes” policy and a guard who follows you everywhere That’s perfect to kill your shopping experience!! If you look a bit “not Dutch” avoid this place

Unhelpful and rude, no ignorant, staff if you can find them at all. The staff have little to no knowledge of the products they sell and even then can't be bothered to help. The products are of inferior quality, generally. I would not go here out of choice.

I called the shop to ask about the availability of a loungeset, they told me it was available in the shop (and so said the website) thus I rented a van and went to pick it up in the store. When I was in the store to purchase it, they told me only the showmodel was available and it was the previous model too. The employees were WALKING AWAY without giving any answer!! I asked to reserve it or have it shipped to my home, but I have been told it wasn't possible to reorder it anymore. After that I went to Praxis Almere Buiten, they ordered the loungeset from the central warehouse and sent it to my home for free. Such a shame Praxis Almere Stad!!!!!!!!!!
