Ordered a hookah and supplies online. They tempt with a prompt delivery however took longer than expected. When the hookah arrived the head was broken. I immediately sent pictures however no reply whatsoever! First and last time order!

Excellent service and the quality of the shishas is amazing
Good shisha's, but it's a kind of mess in the store. We had to check what we received and we noticed we missed some stuff. Ofcourse we got it after noticing, but once home, we noticed we still missed some indispensable parts. Little disappointed.
