Paid 100% for an urgent service request, including shipment. Had to wait 5(!) months for the delivery, while they promised delivery in 2 weeks. Multiple mistakes happened from Pronto, while I was told I was impatient. They admitted the mistakes and offered a refund of a measly 10%. Company should provide insight in expected delivery times if they ask a high amount of money for an urgent service request.
