Just bought puokababy sleeping bag and when opened the package I saw milk spit stanes all around the neck are. It obviously has been used. The bag stinks like old milk and is dirty... Really dissapointed. I hope tomorrow, when returning the item, staff will give me good explanation how is this possiby could have happen. Pitty that I have to waste my time for this...

Quite a small Prenatal, the location however is good. Good place to get some basic baby stuff, if you need a lot you can better go to the prenatal in the shopping mall near Holland Spoor

We purchased a stroller from this particular Prenatal store. However, due to change in our current plans and living situation, we had to return the stroller in an unopened box. They couldn't give us the refund right away because the stroller was over 1000 euros. So they made a copy of the receipt and asked for a scan of our card, this way they can transfer the money directly to the card within the next couple of days. We waited a week and a half, and we didn't get the refund. After giving them a call, they told me that they don't have the original receipt so they can't process the refund!! Hello?! You couldn't say that from the beginning. Anyways, my husband had to go back and take the original receipt to the store the following day. Now it's been over a week, and everytime I give them a call, they tell me the same thing \We're sorry but it will take a couple more days. We are still waiting to receive the receipt from the store.\ I'm very unhappy with the way they handled this situation. Update: Finally got the refund, 1 month later. I wish they said from the beginning how long it is going to take.
