I went inside the shop with other 2 friends and the owner was already acting weird with us (not a single English word). After 10 minutes he kicked us out without any reason, pushing and almost punching us. We called the local police that obviously didn't do anything about it. We ended up going back to Amsterdam were we live with a very bad racist experience. DON'T GO THERE is a waste of time.

I found a caravan from Waterland that I wanted to buy. We had a conversation through email and I made an offer. They send me email: \We accept your bid\ and I answered: \Great! We have a deal.\ (exact words in our emails). While I was organizing my travel from another country to pick up the caravan they sold it to another buyer and just told me \sorry\. These guys are liars and dishonest traders instead of respectable trading partners! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
It was about 5 years ago, but I forgot to write a review. I'm a professional caravan trader, I made a reservation for a caravan a day before my arrival. The price on the internet was undoubtedly very good, I came to company on time but the staff had a lunch break, then they showed me the caravan, the caravan was more or less good, I wanted to negotiate the price, the employee send me the company owner. He immediately forgot English language and told me that I was late and the caravan was sold 15 min ago via internet payment. He found out the price on the internet was too low and he can charge more; therefore, we told me that it was sold. I'm not telling that the caravans in this company are bad I just telling that the company owner is a scum, who should apply to trade rules.
Horrible dealer when it comes to service. Bought a brand new caravan for almost 35000 euro''s. A lot of accessories didn't work and had to go back 5 times to fix them. After 5 times I gave up with them. Very rude and unprofessional company owner who doesn't care about his customers. He is a thief and only cares about his wallet. Before you sign you are the king, after delivery you can die! Very disappointed experience and will never go back again.
Very very messy
Wij waren op zoek naar een premium! Waterland had er 2 staan in onze maat! T is wel een eindje rijden maar het is de moeite waard! Een mooi winkel en werkplaats! Zijn ontzettend goed geholpen door Koen! Nou bestelling geplaatst. Fietsenrek erop laten zetten! Ben blij achteraf dat het de enduro is geworden! Communicatie is goed! Afspraken zijn goed en komen ze na! Lekker vlot gehandeld en kei gezellige praat gehad! Ik hoop dat de worstenbroodjes uit Brabant smaakte! Volgende caravan gaan we zeker weer ff spieken bij waterland!
helaas ook geen goede ervaring. Leek allemaal prima te gaan: stuk rijden met 2e hands Rimor, laten wegen ook geen probleem. Wilden graag keuring dus Dekra ingehuurd. Helaas kwam eruit dat er toch een vochtprobleem was, buitenzijde liet bolling zien. Aannemelijk was dat camper ook schade had gehad. Toen niet thuis bij Waterland, geen reactie op mail, niets. Weg 520 euro en geen camper. Nooit weer!
