It’s a parking option for a very good price if you use your OV chip card (you need to check your last NS journey) than you heb 4 / day parking fee. It’s and open air parking few steps from Central Train station of Eindhoven. In the neighborhood are other options also indoor but non of them can make this low price! I use this spot very often! You can find this system in every big NL cities!

Reasonably priced. A little difficult to reach. Slightly outside the centre.
Expected it to be a building but just is outdoors. Had no issues, well maintained.
It is a parking lot, but I believe not even public. There are events here sometimes.
