My name is Irene Perk and since 2011 I have been working in the recruitment field. I started my career as a Talent Sourcer which- besides finding the right candidates- is about selling opportunity and making the best possible match. The past 2 years I worked for an international tech scale-up and I helped them grow from 25 to 100+ employees. Based in the Netherlands, I have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates worldwide, on all levels from interns up to VP level with my main focus being the Tech industry. The reason why I started Recruitment Coach is that I love helping companies and recruiters to scale up and optimize recruitment processes.
