Cant submit reviews on there website, tried it multiple times. I think they do this on purpose. Bought a replacement camera module for my samsung s10 it doest auto focus so i can hardly take any pictures and filming is impossible.

I bought a battery on replacedirect for my laptop because this website had good reviews and seemed trustworthy. Unfortunately the spare part has never been delivered to my place. The delivery company said that they have delivered it and that the concierge collected it, which is not true (she was on vacation abroad). They told me to contact replacedirect (\their\ client) so that they could make a complaint, but instead of that they replacedirect said that \the delivery company has delivered\. I argued that it was not true, that the concierge was absent, that I had never been called or contacted in any way to collect the parcel, but they said that the postman confirmed that he gave it to me... So basically, replacedirect does not trust its client, and prefers to trust the delivery company. A bit shameful and disappointing, not mentioning the financial loss, because of course, they didn't reimburse me given that for them the parcel has been delivered... I would recommend you not to buy from ReplaceDirect. For sure, I will not make this mistake anymore!

My replacement laptop battery broke down after 1,5 years, ReplaceDirect made no fuss about applying the 2 year guarantee and shipped me a replacement by the next day. Great service!
