Very clear and detailed installation instructions, fit for any recreational handyman. Only the very last step in the procedure: the double tap to engage the system, was not mentioned. Apart from that, a high quality appliance.

Super impressed with their customer service. We had the faucet lever broken and Quooker came within a week and fixed it for free. Super happy!

I do like the concept of the quooker and the faucet itself feels quite decent. What I absolutly do not like is the fact that quooker uses a non standard fitting for the cold water connection, hence you cannot just buy an extension in the hardwarestore (even though it looks like it at first!). The extension is neither listed in the quooker onlineshop nor mentioned in their FAQ and is very expensive. Also the plastic tubing in the paket is quite short - economozing on penny goods. And no, just because I buy a pricy premium product does not mean I like to be ripped off!
