The Description how to use the Subway in Combination with the Parking lot was kinda confusing, espacially if ur not alone. All in all the parking lot was clean and safe.

It is cheap if you know what you're doing, if you don't it gets expensive. It's just 5 euros for a full day, just make sure you select the public transport option, otherwise it does get expensive!

Great option to visit The Hague. The instructions are not clear and I was hesitant to park here as I read some negative comments. However it worked out perfectly. The tram #15 and #1 are just around (in different platforms). It takes 15 min to get to city center in tram. You get a ticket to park. Before leaving the parking lot you buy a ticket that is valid for the tram ride (includes going to city center and back to the parking). It charges 5 euros for 1 person, 6 for two and so on... After paying (inside the parking) for the tram tickets you keep that ticket with you and upon returning use it to go out of the tram station. All instructions are in Dutch so this was a big inconvenient. However a few locals explained to me how it worked and we were able to use it adequately.

Attention: just a normal expensive garage if you park for more than same day. In addition to our P&R rate of 6 euros, we had to pay 19.70 euros extra after one and a half days of parking!

The parking is free for the whole day if you buy a ticket for the tram from the machine inside the building. The tickets are valid only for the trips to the city and back and only for trams no.1 for its whole length and no.15 for 3-4 stops but you are allowed to get off on whichever stop of either and to switch between them. No validation is required when you get on and off the tram except showing the ticket to the driver.
