I recently ordered a complete set of Dark Chocolate dreads that came complete with everything I would need to install and care for my new dreads. The shopping process was so quick and easy and communication was a breeze via email. I have to say I absolutely love my dreads. The videos Renata makes available to her customers are detailed and makes the installation process so easy to follow. The only thing I was disappointed in was the mystery box I also ordered because it didn't have very many things I will use myself. But I was able to give a few things away as gifts to some friends. But it is a mystery box so I can't really complain. Yes, the money I spent on them was a splurge but honestly, the quality, customer service and amount of products you get in return were absolutely worth every penny and I cannot recommend Dreadshop enough. I also highly recommend any product with the scent Nag Champa. I am obsessed!! Thank you to Renata and her wonderful team! You've gained a lifelong customer! _Cassandra- Minnesota; U.S.A.

Good service from there online shop as well as there salon. I had partial synthetic dreads placed by Vicky. She was very friendly and skilled. I was very satisfied with there quality of products and service and now I have made an appointment to install natural partial dreads by them.

Their products are top notch with customer service to match! Now I am in her "Synthetic Dreadlock Specialist" course with the Dreadshop Academy and I am blown away by how full and complete this course it. I just recently received three sets of the ashblond locks of love (the thin ones, single ended) and had a friend make dreads with the extensions for me because my hair is a little too short to get dreads long enough that I like them. The contact was super nice and helpful and I am absolutely in love with my dreads! The colour fits absolutely perfect and they were very easy to install. Super long and most importantly super tidy! I love how they feel and look and am already thinking of what colour to order next :D thank you so so much for making me feel pretty!
