Excellent advice and information! Made an appointment which went better than expected, the agent was super efficient and explained everything dedicating the right time to it and making sure I left the office with all the needed information. The offices are also beautiful, even in corona times you feel safe and taken care of.

The first employees you meet in the entrance. God, cold as icebergs! Rude! When they realise you are not Dutch, secretly racism kicks your face. Going in, a rude man next to the canteen stand, who holds the reception job I suppose, who thinks he is someone, doesn't respect the kindness I am giving him, also secretly racist, speaks arrogantly only in Dutch even though he knows English, just to tease and electrify you. Rude, looks like he likes making people feel bad and he is proud about that. Too bad for him that doesn't work on me!! 1 star out of kindness. 5 stars though for the women inside the offices!! Kind and helpful!! The overall is not the lovely Dutch culture! I hope they improve the entrepreneurial spirit in KVK. Entrepreneurs globally would really love to contribute in the Dutch economy. Try not to discourage them by hiring \wooden\ employees. All the best to the women that provided me with helpful info!!

Toegangscode werkt ineens niet meer bij het inloggen. Bij verzoek nieuwe toegangscode wordt je rondgeleid en is aanvragen niet mogelijk. Geen telefoonnummer van kvk. Inloggen niet mogelijk en bij de \antwoorden op veel gevraagde vragen\, wordt je weer teruggeleid naar de verschillende icoontjes. Het werkt niet! Wil je een afspraak maken, lukt niet ! De website werkt voor geen meter. Bijzonder frustrerend!!!! Om moedeloos van te worden. En dan moet jij ondersteund worden door deze instantie??
Verbeter punten service telefoon nummer, moet kenbaar worden gemaakt zodat mensen hun vragen kwijt kunnen. Website moet verbeterd worden, vooral met dat icoontjes Werkt niet helemaal zoals het zou moeten. Voor de rest geen klachten, tevreden dus. En trouwens goed geholpen door een medewerkster aan de telefoon..
