The place is closed down and it seems to have been moved to The Hauge, Koninginnegracht 37 or else to Scheveningseweg 9. Unclear. All phone numbers are out of order. I'm mailing the Embassy to find out.

Pretty authentic Cuban place, good to get prepared for your actual stay in Cuba. come relaxed and bring some basic Spanish skills and you will be treated very warm and well. Recommended to print and fill out the form for the tourist card at home, then all goes even faster:)

This review is towards the Cuban consulate in Rotterdam. Very rude people which do not even speak English.
7th floor, room E7.154 of the Handels centre. Very difficult to find as there are no indications and it is a small room in a broad office space where many other companies reside! My tourist visa (I'm Italian) was ready in 5 minutes, I just had to present my flight ticket, passport, the \tourist card application form\ that can be downloaded from the embassy website and pay 22E (only pinnen is allowed).
