They keep on stealing international students' bikes for money. They should inform people somehow that the line is saint. Come on, not every country have the same 'law'. Additionally, the staff don't even speak English.

Fietsdiefstal van overheid van je fiets als je hem neer zet op een plek waar ook geen bord bij staat dat het niet mag. en ze knippen je ketting door van 60 euro en laten je nog een boete betalen. Donder op man.
