Went to the shop in person, tried out a bike and ended up buying it. It takes some time for them to make the bike completely ready and check everything on it, received a call in an hour that I can pick it up. Also got a suggestion for a bag and got a discount on it. If you buy a new bike, you also get a free checkup and service in 2 months. The staff speaks good English and are really friendly and helpful. Overall experience was good and I'm also happy with the bike.

Very good bikes for rent, with multiple gears and brakes in handles. Pretty good prices too, no deposit and renting period for 24h, as opposed to single day till days end.
Worst staff and service ever! Even your bike has got a small repair requirement as a one-touch. You need to wait for a week. It's not interested in they are so busy or something else. They just like to show that process long to take more money from your pocket. Sorry to say that but no need to show it like repairing a bike is nuclear engineering.
Good place to rent good bicycle for 10/day. Service was fast and troublefree.
