Have been a client for many years (decades). Always a good job, and have always been well serviced. Because they are quite busy, they have a lot of customers, you'll have to wait till the order has been processed. I noticed, someone called this \slow\, but slow is when you have nothing else to do and yet it takes a long time to deliver. Once I had to change the zipper of a jacket. Since it has a particular colour, special efforts were done to get a zipper with a matching colour. It is also an extra longer zipper, working both ways: no extra charges. My first order was done correctly, fairly priced, so I never felt the need to try another tailor.
