The nail designer that I was seeing while visiting this salon doesnt work there anymore , so normally I continued to follow the artist that I love instead of the salon that I basically had no connection with . But today I found out they send me an appointment reminder , without even telling me that the nail artist I wanted to see doesn’t work there anymore. Shame on you for being unprofessional and lying to your clients and shame on you for stealing clients from an ex colleague. Shame on you for using her pictures of her work on your Instagram and website although she does not work with you anymore . Hygiene wise and furniture wise the salon it’s high end but if the people who own it act like this and disrespect the client wish and don’t notify when changes are made then I don’t want to visit this place again . Advice for the salon : build an empire on what you have not on other people’s work and on being dishonest to your clients .

Visited this establishment after Kings day, so their weren't any clients besides my partner and I. We were greeted on time by one of the workers, seated and offered a beverage. Both workers were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the experience very much. The decor is very zen.
Fantastic service! Waxing was quick and not at all painful. And nails were done beautifully. Both girls were so lovely! Thank you :)
Being there twice. Nice people but the treatments were not well-done and the girls not well-trained. Very nice atmosphere and place.
