Lush is now closed because of the pandemic. I ordered from this shop yesterday evening. And my package just got delivered by a packaly worker by bike. Fantastic and in time for Christmas feeling lucky.

Really nice shop! All aromas are soooooo good I know Lush for many years, but this one in Rotterdam was the first time I visited. The attendant who received me was really nice, gave me many tips of the products, showed the best options for what I was looking and even I had a gift I definitely will come back to buy and recommend

I’ve been a fan of Lush for a really long time and that’s because the people from lush rotterdam are always so friendly and ready to help. Every time i come in i get recognized and whilst i was picking out my products i had lovely conversations! At the counter, sometimes, i even get a little gift! I’d really recommend it.

This review is not in relation to this store, but to a specific Lush product that I bought from this store. I think the BLACK ROSE bath bomb should be removed from sale to the general public. I bought a black rose bath bomb and it’s completely stained the bathtub. If you look at reviews on Lush’s website (which we did after the fact) a many of other people are saying the same thing. Do not buy the black rose bath bomb and Lush take it off the market, or solve the issues it has with staining bathtubs.
