Was very happy with the friendly, expedient, and honest service I got! I brought in my PC laptop for diagnosis. They found out it had a motherboard hardware problem. Their honest advice for the repair and replacement helped me tremendously and now my computer is back to normal. Thank you for your help Jonathan and the knowledgeable team! :)
BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE! Might be ok for some very simple fix but definitely not when you need a professional technician for your computer. They charged me an outrageous price for a fix that was based on a wrong diagnosis. When i asked for a solution or a refund they basically stop answering my calls and mails. Its seems that Pc Refresh gets pretty good reviews here , but i whould suggest that you check the reviews on this place also in Trustpilot.com, than you will get the truth about pc refresh. Horrible business :(
