I stayed for one year during my study in Rotterdam. The landlord has always been very helpful and responsive if there is something urgent. The apartment is well maintained. The location is perfect as a student, 5 minutes biking to EUR and close to the shopping area and a big park. The neighborhood is very beautiful, close to student houses but not loud at all. I would recommend Pension Barendregt to anyone, especially to international students as most landlords are often not helpful, transparent, and communicative.

I've been a tenant for 2 years and my experience was quite pleasant throughout this time. The room itself is located in a lovely neighbourhood, close to many grocery and convenience stores and also public transport stops are nearby. Timely assistance was offered by the landlord for any issues I had during my stay. Overall, I would recommend pension barendregt to anyone seeking good, reasonably priced accommodation in Rotterdam :)

Excellent service. Rented a studio for three years. Friendly landlord. Service: everytime there is an issue, the landlord replies quite quickly and takes care of the problem as soon as possible. Communication is also excellent so you always know what is going on. Price and contract: no hidden service charges, contract is very easy to understand and very straightforward with no weird clauses. Room condition: the room came fully furnished, furnitures are good and modern so no issues with broken things in the room. Would definitely recommend, especially as an international student with higher risk of issues with landlord. Out of all the landlords I had in 8 years, by far the most professional and helpful.

Stayed here for around one and a half year. The location is perfect for students, 5 min bike to Erasmus with lots of shops around and very close access to trams and metro. They have room cleaning every week and the landlord is very nice and very responsive. A great option for those who don't mind having flatmates (but studios are also available). Would recommend!

Lived in a shared house for 2.5 years and it could not have been a better experience! The house itself is located 5min from both Erasmus University and Blaak; Aldi, Albert Heijn, Spar, Hema, Ekoplaza are all just down the road and so is a metro- and two tram stops. The house itself was contained by a cleaner and the landlord always attended to all our needs - thus, when something was broken, it was always fixed right away. In addition, the roommates were always very kind and I have made some life-long friends there. Overall, the best student experience I could have imagined and would always stay there again!
