Asked an employee that was playing soccer in the store with a colleague about a pair of boots I saw on their website. He couldn't help, as he was from the soccer-shoe department, and the guy from the boots department was busy trying on soccer-goalie gloves. They did not try to find an answer or provide further assistance. Too busy doing their own thing to assist a customer that wanted to buy a specific pair of shoes... Not very impressive.
Amazing store with a great variety of sport equipment for a very big range of activities. Staff is very helpful and the products i think are of the best prices that you can find them in stores. Service amazing staff excellent prices good. What else to ask for
