Came in with my Huawei P20 lite who's screen was not working properly. They were very professional and honest. They replaced the screen while I waited and did some work with my laptop and enjoyed some coffee, was surprisingly quick. Prices are best in Rotterdam from what I've seen. Phone works perfectly now. Can highly recommend PhoneDoktor!

We made an appointment online, gave them our phone model and had an appointment within 5 days. When we went there on saturday we were informed that they did not have the battery for our phone and they would have it in a few days. Few days later we went again, and they told us they were not able to get the battery (so they made us come down 2 times for nothing) they mention on their site that if we miss the appointment they will chare us 19 Euros, does that mean I can send them a bill for 38 Euros for wasting our time without informing us beforehand? You mention in your followup that you made things right? but other then a phone when I was not available, and not calling me back I am not sure what you did exactly?
