They closed their store in Rotterdam and didn't bother notifying us, although we had already paid of course. In the end we had to go to their store in Den Haag to take the Corona PCR test. And of course no mention of a refund from their side. We almost didn't make our flight because of all of this. Awful service, I would definitely NOT recommend them, please find some other clinic there are many.

I got the results of my pcr test after many phone calls and messages with a big delay, after midnight, though I was traveling very early next morning. The star for the kind staff.
Het zit natuurlijk al in het woord, maar man wat was het snel. Door een kriebelende keel had ik zo mijn twijfels, dus besloot ik toch maar het zekere voor het onzekere te nemen en een testje te plannen. Tussen het boeken en het krijgen van de uitslag zat nog geen half uurtje! Helemaal top!
