Very friendly staff and good price quality ratio. But the bowling alley isn't maintained properly. Fine for amateurs but not for a serious bowling night

the pool is most of the time overcrowded, but the bowling alley and the caffe are just fine

Poor management, 35 people on waiting list results in 6 months waiting. Also bad attitude from reception. ----- As response to the owner: First, I didn't sign up anything or had any expectation. I only called to ask the waiting time, and got the response that 'we have 35 people waiting and it is around 6 month time'. And I was not told during the phone that there is additional lesson to speed up. Second, I didn't get any offer or any number of the management. After I was told about the 6 month waiting time, I asked if it's possible to be taught in English. The reception said 'No'. So where did that offer come from?
