We had a little misunderstanding with our booking as we booked at 15:00 o'clock unit2 sauna but the email we received was written 14:30 o'clock and unit1. They should fix the website :) The place as it self OK , nice lady working at the counter :) We did expect the sauna be hot, but it wasn't at all. Jacuzzi and steam shower was top ! :)

Good, but hot.
Today we went to SpaNova Rotterdam for my birthday. We booked the deluxe package. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready and we needed to wait 30 minutes. The room looks really nice and fancy. But some things can be improved. For one thing there wasn’t enough toilet paper. Nor a hairdryer or shampoo and body scrub. Also a proper place to put your clothes would be nice. The fruits and sweets aren’t worth the money you pay for it. The soft drinks and tea we didn’t used so much. So it’s better to book a normal room and pay extra for what you use. Management can improve hospitality for the guests and also a separate changing room would be much more convenient for the guests. So you can stay your full time in the spa and don’t waste time while changing your clothes and doing your hair and stuff. Overall it’s nice place and with the few adjustments that I mentioned this can be a true pearl.
