van 21-02-2018 t/m 7-08-2019 bij profila zorg arcadia de branding verbleven als NOOD TEAM MANANGER bas.a OVERHANDIG mij niet eens een VERSLAG wat er precies voor mij is gedaan er word door hem gesteld dat er niets van verloren is gegaan maar waar is mijn DOCE dan ????? inclusief de 3 a 4 maanden dat ik geen persoonlijke begeleidster had en team mananger bas.a zijn eind verandwoordelijkheid NIET NAM om een andere TOE TE WIJZEN GEEN VERTROUWEN IN PROFILA ZORG.
