I had an outstanding service experience with the boyscouts. I bought my girlfriend a bracelet which she bended when she put it on and took it off. We weren't aware that the bracelet was not supposed to bend. It became clear when it broke. This was not a quality issue and only our fault. I asked the Boyscouts to repair it and they offered to do it for free, which I thought was already super friendly. In the whole process they changed their mind and gave us a completely new one for free. This is just their service - I also think their stuff is beautiful and high quality. We will definitely buy again. Thank you very much!
