I could not be happier with this company. I got replies usually within an hour to the many questions about cost, customs forms, and logistics for the move. When the time came for their partner company in the US, the switch was smooth and good...with Transpack still checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. On top of that, their price estimate came in under other companies in the Netherlands. I've moved overseas before and have had decent experiences, but I could not be happier with this company! I highly recommend it!

We received the delivery in good order. The team was there as scheduled and were friendly in their service. They kept us up to date throughout the process and service via email was always quick and helpful.

We used Transpack to clear customs and deliver our household goods (in a shipping container) for our overseas move to Amsterdam. For the most part, they were completely useless. The were unable to clear our shipment, because we did not have a BSN number. This is not required to clear household goods, but they refused to even try. In the end, we had to pay over 200EUR (for which we were never reimbursed by Transpack) for a 3rd party to clear our shipment. Then we had to store our goods for over a week because Transpack refused to book a parking permit until the shipment had cleared, which ensured that we paid Transpack more to store our goods. A complete and total ripoff. In general, dealing with Transpack felt like it was the first time they were doing everything. They had very little knowledge of what was going on, they didn't understand how to clear a shipment through customs, they seemed surprised that parking permits took 7 days. It always felt like they were just learning everything for the first time. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is that the moving company they hired to actually unload our container was excellent (of course, this was a different company - not Transpack). Do yourself a favour and do NOT use this Transpack for anything.

I moved a car and some small things like boxes and some sports equipment from Holland, The Hague to Spain, Alicante. No big furniture or anything bulky. I had only about 5-6 m3 and a car, the price was very high, 3500 euro. It was a very bad experience. They said they would deliver everything within 7-10 days. The car was delivered within this time, but the rest was delivered in 1 month and they kept changing the delivery date. They also charged me for more volume than what I had and it was a nightmare to get back the difference, as they promised they would pay back the difference if the actual volume is smaller. One of their worker was very hostile and tried to invent that I didn't pay some invoice, which is ridiculous, because I could easily print out the receipt from my bank. The worst comes here: I paid for their insurance for all my valuable items, the most valuable one being an electric bike. I insured it on 1000 euro. They delivered it with a broken battery and a broken electronic handle, it was not possible to charge the battery anymore and the bike was useless without it. Some other items also had some damages. The new battery costs 1000 euro, without a charger. They deducted the self risk of 150 and refunded me only 200 euro for all the damages. Be careful with this company, they say one thing before you hire them and once you transfer the money their behavior changes dramatically. Their insurance is a big joke, you insure your items, but in reality you are not refunded for actual damages.

A very bad experience. Transpack shipped my goods to NZ and forgot to tell their NZ agent that my goods were cleared for delivery. It caused an 8 day delay and meant I was without any items for that time. When the goods arrived there was damage caused and some parts were just plain missing. When I called transpack to discuss I was unlucky enough to talk to Kelly who first of all seemed to have trouble comprehending what I was telling him and then decided to attack me for inconsistencies in my story. Then he lost his temper became abusive and then hung up on me. He didn't want to listen and it was a surreal experience as a customer to hear the way he talked to me. To be fair, I did then call his manager who was quite good at listening, understood the situation very easily and provided a clear path to be taken. However it just wasn't enough to change my negative view of this company and the insurance claim was very difficult from there. I felt like I paid a lot of money for really bad service that left items damaged or missing and I was very inconvenienced by this and also by their forgetfulness to release my goods for delivery leaving me without crucial things for my infant child in the first week of moving in. I don't like negative online reivews, have never done one before but for transpack I have to make an exception and warn you of my experience. If I could do negative 5 stars I would.
