Today was one big dissapointment in compare with previous visit! - Bad communication. Requested for a table inside per mail. Never received an answer. And ended to have a table out side in the wind. - Waitresses were rude and not customer service orientated - Long waiting time to have our orders taken. This was inside for diner, but also when we were sitting outside in the afternoon - Long waiting time to get our food and drinks - Food quality was not as it was before. PLS GET MORE EXPERIENCE PEOPLE TO GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS A BETTER SERVICE!!!
While the food, venue, attractions, and activities are all great and meet a high standard the pricing has increased a lot. If Money isn't an issue then this is a great place to go to. If money is also important then there are cheaper locations to visit for kids, though those locations will offer less.
Amazing place for children and their parents. Great environment also in winter and summer. Nice food.
