I love this shop and the employees in it! I bought a Tacx trainer few weeks ago and after I tried it at home I had some issues. The day after I went back to the store with the trainer and my bike to ask for help. Roel in particular, helped me to fix the issue, in my opinion he did more than what was expected from him in that specific situation. I believe that most of the people there, like Roel, are driven by passion that makes them very trustworthy. Beside this, the shop has a very wide offer. I really recommend this place!
I bought a pair of pedals from Mantel and after a couple of weeks they started making a terrible clicking noise. I returned the pedals but after three weeks I’m still waiting for a response, let alone a replacement. I spoke to customer service who basically told me they cannot offer me any service or help in anyway. I would recommend to stay away from this company.
Large store with great selection of bikes. Customer service was so and so.
